We humbly want you and the child(ren) receiving the book(s) to love our books. However, we understand that can't always be the case, and that circumstances and decisions can change. We don't want you to hold onto something that doesn't work for your or you cannot connect to.
We would like to make our return policy is simple for you. We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after you receive your item to return it. Many return policies are from the time of purchase so please note that this is after you receive the product and not from the time of purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging.
To start the process, simply e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and reason for returning. We would like to understand what we could have done to make you satisfied. We will send you a return shipping label. Please note that return shipping is free within contiguous USA and Canada.

Damages and issues
Please do note that the product you received is handcrafted by artisans that take great pride in their work. They put a great deal of focus on ensuring each product is made for you to love so that when your child holds it then she or he feels connected to it. As these books are handcrafted, there will be variations from item-to-item and book-to-book and you could expect to see some flaws. This gives each book its character and uniqueness, which doesn't come from cookie-cutter-toys.
However, please do inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges are welcome. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
